**edit to original review** There is a lot of effort put into protecting the buyer from this company which can be appreciated but there is very little done to protect the sellers integrity. It would be nice to be able to respond to a buyers review. The communication channels in the app are pretty lacking and the only way to address a buyer is in the comments of a certain item which doesnt seem to be the most appropriate place to communicate issues. While Im sure the percentage that sellers pay to the company is addressed in many other reviews it is very high. I have been successful selling on the app but I do think I will be exploring other selling options soon. Original: While I am still new to the app and maybe havent had enough time to establish an opinion there are a few things that I have noticed. The first and biggest thing is when adding pictures of items to sell it is pretty annoying/inconvenient that the photo can only be the square size image. Unless I remember to take the photos initially like that with my iPhone camera it often crops out a large portion of my item. Which is not good if I am trying to sell something. I also dont know why they spent the time to add filters for the cover photo. Isnt that a little deceiving to a buyer. I do appreciate the ability to adjust which notification I actually receive updates on because it can be a little overwhelming to get notifications every time there is any activity on my closet.
